医院放射工作人员放射防护管理的体会

目的防止射线对医护人员、患者及公众造成危害，确保放射工作人员的健康，提高医疗诊断质量。方法按照国家有关法规、标准，采取以基础管理为主，定期教育、检测为辅，归档分类总结的方法。结果在实践中提高了管理人员及放射工作人员放射防护管理水平和技术水平。结论为放射防护的教育、科研、培训提供了便捷的通道。

Experience of Radiation Protection Management of Radiation Workers in Hospital

Objective To prevent radiation from harming medical staffs, patients and public, to ensure the health of radiation workers and improve medical diagnosis quality, Methods According to national relevant regulations and standards, basic management was adopted mainly, supplemented by regular education and detection. In addition, filing classification summary was also applied. Results Radiation protection management level and technical level of mangers and radiation worker were improved in the practice. Conclusions The experience offered a short - cut for the education, scientific research and training of radiation protection.
