品管圈在危重症患者护理病历质量控制中的应用效果

目的探讨品管圈活动在危重症患者护理病历质量控制中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,以＂提高危重症患者护理病历质量＂为主题,对影响危重症患者护理病历质量进行归因分析,制定目标,实施整改措施和评价品管圈活动成果等。结果开展品管圈活动后,危重症患者甲级护理病历高于实施前（P〈0.01）,乙级护理病历和丙级护理病历均低于实施前（P〈0.01）,护士护理病历质控满意率由92.2%提高到97.8%（P〈0.01）。结论品管圈活动在提高危重症患者护理病历质量中效果明显。

Application Effect of Quality Control Circle in the Quality Control of Nursing Medical Records of Critically Ill Patients

Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control circle in the quality control of nursing medical records of critically ill patients.Methods To set up a quality control circle activity group and take ＂improve critical patient care medical quality＂ as the theme,then conduct an attribution analysis on factors that effected the quality of nursing medical records,set objectives,implement rectification measures and evaluate results of quality control circle activity.Results Since the carrying out of quality control circle activities,the class A grade rate of nursing medical records of critically ill patients was higher than before（P〈0.01）,the rates of class B and class C nursing medical records were lower than before（P〈0.01）.The satisfaction rate of quality control of nursing medical records was increased from 92.2 % to 97.8 %（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The quality control circle activities have significant effect in improving the quality of nursing medical records of critically ill patients.
