摘    要:近1年笔者在消化内科住院医师培训实践过程中,尝试了PBL(problem-basedlearning)教学,提高了培训效果,故对此进行了总结,为今后完善PBL教学奠定基础.我们强调首诊医师负责制度为PBL教学基础,真正的给予住院医师首诊的责任,会强迫他们去思考面对的临床问题.坚持进行核心课程培训也是PBL教学的重要基础.强化病例讨论制度,对提升临床思维能力尤为重要.而正性反馈制度是教学中一个非常重要的环节,笔者把它运用在出科考试中,强化考官对每位学员的考试结果进行具体点评,使学员了解自己的不足和优势,有利于今后的改进提高,这种正性反馈对教学起到了积极的作用.

Abstract:In the practice of training of digestive house physician for nearly one year, we tried the PBL teaching method and improved the effect of the training, and made this summary and laid the foundation for the promotion of it. We emphasized the duty of first treatment doctor as the basis of the PBL teaching, and gave the house physicians real responsibility of the first time of treatment and compelled them to think about the clinical problems they faced. Insisting on core cnnTiculum training was also an important basis of the PBL teaching method. To strengthen the system of medical cases discussion was important to the improvement of clinical thinking ability. The positive feedback system was an important link in the teaching process, we used it in the test on completion of a course and strengthen the definite remark of each of the examiner to each student, then the students could understand their shortage and superiority, which was beneficial to their improvement in the future. After all, the positive feedback system got a positive function.
