综合情景模拟在技能考核中应用的结果分析

目的 分析护士临床实践能力的薄弱环节,探讨培养护士的方法.方法 通过综合模拟情景,将皮内注射、抢救过敏性休克、心肺复苏三项操作有机结合.结果 30名护士综合考核成绩12.14±3.14,皮内注射成绩3.71±0.49,综合技能考核前5名的护士的名次与在皮内考核名次比较,P＜0.05,具有显著差异.技能操作缺陷项目中,80%的问题集中在过敏性休克抢救措施不全、未判断出过敏性休克、皮试操作交代注意事项不全、抢救中双人核对药物、人工气道开放不到位.工作年限在10年以下,本科学历护士,主管护师以下职称护师占考核不及格护士的80%.结论 护士的法律意识淡薄,应急处理能力差,护理管理者应加强护士临床实践能力的培养,不断提高护士的综合素质,提升护士的岗位胜任力.

Application Results Analysis of Comprehensive Scene Imitation in The Skill Examination

Objective To analyze the weak links in the clinical practice ability of nurses, and investigate the methods of cultivating nurses. Method The comprehensive examination score of 30 nurses was 12.14 ±3.14, intracutaneous injection score was 3.71 ± 0. 49. A comparasion ranking of comprehensive examination and intracutaneous injection showed obvious difference, P 〈 0.05. In the deficiency items of skill operation, 80% problems were focused on uncompleted rescue measures of allergic shock, unable to judge the shock, uncompleted matters need attention of skin test, drugs check of two person and fail in the opening of manual airway. Nurses of undergraduate education background with working experience under ten years, low years nurse practitioners under chief nurses took 80% of these who disqualified. Conclusion The nurses had less law consciousness and lack of ability to deal with emergency, so man- agers should strengthen the cultivation of their clinical practice ability, improve the comprehensive quality and competent capacity of the nurses.
