| 摘 要： | 目的分析和评价膝关节镜手术患者实施临床路径过程中发生变异的情况。方法对选入临床路径管理的病例按照变异发生的原因进行归类分析,找出影响住院天数的主要变异。结果与医院系统相关的变异主要由双休日不做检查、不做手术、不办理出院等有关。结论医院双休日不提供相关服务、检查结果不能及时送回及放射检查等待时间过长是延长住院天数的主要变异;缩短住院天数的主要变异为手术安排时间提前。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze and evaluate the variations in clinical pathways management for patients receiving laparoscopic surgery. Methods Cases enrolled in clinical pathways management were classified and analyzed based on its causes to find out the dominate variations affecting the hospital days. Results The variations correlated with hospital system,and no examinations,surgeries and discharges at weekend were the main precipitating causes. Conclusion There are no services at weekend,inspection results can not be sent back in time,and waiting time for radiological examination is too long,which are the major variations to influence hospital days,and advance in surgical scheduling is a leading variation to reduce hospital days. |
