浙江省病案信息学科及从业人员状况调查与分析

目的调查浙江省病案信息学科的现状,为病案信息学科的发展和建设提供导向性的评价指标。方法采用分层抽样调查的方法,调查对象为浙江省11个地区140家医院的436名病案统计从业人员。设计调查表进行现状调查。调查内容包括医院规模、病案统计科室建制,从业人员构成等。结果独立建科比例为37.9%,从业人员以女性为主,高级职称和硕士以上学位人员偏少,专业结构尚合理。结论浙江省病案信息学科建制不健全,人员学历、职称构成不合理,急需改观。

Investigation and Analysis of Medical Record Information Sciences and Employment Situation in Zhejiang

Objective The present situation of medical record information sciences of Zhejiang province was investigated,and the guidance evaluation index was provided for the development of the discipline construction of medical information.Methods 436 medical record statistical practitioners in 140 hospitals of 11 ditricts in Zhejiang province were investigated by stratified sampling survey method.The investigation list was designed for the present situation.Investigation contents include hospital scale,medical record statistical department organizational system,the composing of personnel,etc.Results The rate of independent department is 37.9%,the predominant employees are female,the people who have senior professional title and the master degree are too few,and professional structure is barely reasonable.Conclusion The organizational system of medical record information sciences of Zhejiang province is not sound,and the personnel education background and professional title form are not reasonable which need to be changed.
