2004年-2008年胆囊疾病住院病人统计分析

目的了解某院胆囊疾病患者的民族、性别、年龄的构成情况及预防措施。方法根据《国际疾病分类》ICD-10对2004年~2008年胆囊疾病进行统计分析。统计出患胆囊疾病病人的族别、性别、性别比例、年龄。结果全院共出院消化系统病人5901例,胆囊疾病患者1045例,占消化系统病人的17.7%。哈萨克族548例,占52.44%、汉族453例,占43.35%、其他民族44例,占4.21%。男性342例,占32.73%、女性703例,占67.27%。讨论重视良好的饮食习惯、合理的饮食结构,预防和减少胆囊疾病的发生。

Statistical Analysis of Inpatients with Gallbladder Diseases from 2004 to 2008

Objective To investigate nationalities,genders and age components as well as preventive measures of patients with gallbladder diseases in our hospital.Method Statistical analysis for gallbladder diseases from 2004 to 2008 was done accroding to International Classification of Diseases（ICD-10）.Statistics of Nationalities,genders,gender proportion and age of patients with gallbladder diseases were done.Results Of 5,901 cases of discharged patients with digestive system diseases in our hospital,there were 1045 cases of patients with gallbladder diseases which accounted for 17.7% of patients with digestive system diseases.453 patients were Han nationalities,accounted for 43.35% of patients with gallbladder diseases;548 patients were Kazak nationalities,accounted for 52.44% and another 44 patients belonged to other nationalities which accounted for 4.21%.There were 342 male patients and 703 female patients,accounted for 32.73% and 67.27%,respectively.Discussion Good diet habits and reasonable diet structure should be emphasized to prevent and reduce gallbladder diseases.
