综合医院离退休人员高脂血症KAP健康教育效果分析

目的在综合医院离退休人员中开展高脂血症相关知识的健康教育,分析健康教育前后离退休人员在高脂血症相关知识、态度、行为方面(KAP)的差异。方法对我院84名离退休人员进行高脂血症相关知识、态度、行为的调查,并于开展健康教育一个月后对照研究。结果离退休人员在高脂血症相关知识及行为两方面的前后比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。在健康教育内容方面,"吸烟、肥胖易导致高脂血症的发生"前后比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论健康教育对于离退休人员认知高脂血症相关知识,改善自身行为有重要作用;但在改变人们的态度方面无显著性作用;健康教育的内容对离退休人员认知高脂血症相关知识至关重要。

The Effect Analysis on Hyperlipidemia KAP Health Education to Retiree in General Hospital

Objective We develop health education of hyperlipidemia in retirees in Zgeneral hospital with analyzing the differences of the retirees in knowledge, attitude and praetiee （KAP） of hyperlipidemia. Methods 84 retirees are investigated with KAP of hyperlipidemia, had a comparison re- search after a month health education. Results The comparison of related knowledge and praetiea of hyperlipidemia of the retirees is P 〈 0.05 which has statistical meaning. In health education content, the comparison of smoking and fat easily leading to hyperlipidemia is P 〈 0.05 which has statistical meaning. Conclusions Health education plays a vital role in knowing about the related knowledge of hyperlipldemia and in peffeeting their behavior; while there is no significant role in change their attitude; the content of health education about hyperlipidemia to the retirees are quite important.
