健康体检护理安全干预策略

目的分析健康体检工作中受检者的突发症状及潜在危险因素，探讨护理安全的有效干预策略。方法回顾性总结2006年6月至2011年6月间在体检工作中，发生安全隐患及突发症状病例101例，根据发生的不同症状进行统计分析，并总结干预措施。结果101例中，低血糖32例，晕针30例、高血压亚急症20例、心动过速7例、早期心肌梗死5例、晕血5例、跌倒2例，给予不同的护理干预。结论对有基础病，特异体质、老年受检者要给予高度重视，护理安全干预极其必要。

Safety Interventional Strategies of Health Examination Nursing

Objectives This paper analyzes sudden syndrome and potential dangerous factors of people who are accepted health physical examination and discusses effective interventional strategies of nursing safety.Methods It has a retrospective summary on physical examination from June 2006 to June 2011,in which there are 101 cases occurring safety hidden trouble and sudden syndrome.According to different syndrome,it has statistical analysis and summarizes interventional countermeasures.Results In these 101 cases,there are 32 cases of hypoglycemia;30 cases of fainting during acupuncture;20 cases of sub acute hypertension;7 cases of tachycardia;5 cases of early heart infarction;5 cases of blood fainting;2 cases of falling off after nursing intervention.Conclusions We should lay stress on person who has other diseases,idiosyncrasy and the elderly in which nursing safety intervention is extremely necessary.
