摘    要:“提高医疗服务质量”是我国卫生部开展医院管理年活动的主题。加强医院服务管理,改善服务态度,提高服务质量,解决人民群众反映强烈的热点和难点问题,是推进医院管理的科学化、规范化和标准化建设重要之举。文章就医院服务质量问题展开论述。首先从概念上解释了什么是医院服务质量。其次论述了医院服务质量的5要素和6个评价准则。并从3个方面探讨了如何提高医院服务质量。最后以某医院病案服务管理工作为例,浅谈怎样进行有效的服务管理。

Abstract:"Enhancing the medical treatment service quantity" is the issue of the activity of "the year of hospital management". Strengthening the hospital service management, improving the service attitude, enhancing the service quantity, resolving the hot point and difficult problems of the mightiness of reflections of the people's crowds, are the importance measures to push forward the hospital to manage scientific, the norm turns and standardizes the construction. The article launches the treatise for the hospital service quantity problem. First, the paper explained the concept of what is the hospital service quantity, and then discussed 5 main factors and 6 evaluation standards of the hospital service quantity the next. And by 3 ways we explored how to enhance the hospital service quantity. Finally. we give some examples of the Medical record selwiee management, and discussed how the service management is carried on efficiently.
