摘    要:目的探索以改良迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)联合操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)评价体系在麻醉科住院医师规培中的实践效果。方法以2017年与2018年进入某院麻醉科住院医师规范化培训基地的32名学员为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组各16名。对照组采用麻醉科传统规培模式,仅在年终考核时进行Mini-CEX、DOPS考核;试验组在传统规培模式基础上采用改良Mini-CEX联合DOPS评价模式,每月进行1次改良Mini-CEX、DOPS考核,包括年终考核共6次考核。对比2组学员年终考核成绩、首次考核成绩及教学满意度。结果试验组年终考核成绩的改良Mini-CEX评分、DOPS评分显著高于对照组,且试验组年终考核成绩明显优于首次考核成绩。试验组住院医师对教学满意度较对照组有明显提高。结论改良Mini-CEX联合DOPS评价体系有助于提高麻醉科住院医师规培的临床综合能力和操作技能水平,提升教学满意度和临床麻醉教学质量,值得推广与应用。

Abstract:Objectives To explore the practical effect of evaluation system based on the modified Mini-CEX combined with DOPS in the training of anesthesiologists.Methods 32 trainees who entered the standardized training base of resident anesthesiology department of our hospital in 2017 and 2018 as research objects,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group used the traditional regulatory model of anesthesiology,and only performed Mini-CEX and DOPS assessment during the year-end assessment;the experimental group adopted the modified Mini-CEX combined with the DOPS evaluation model based on the traditional regulatory model,and performed a modified Mini-CEX and DOPS assessments,including the year-end assessment a total of six assessments.Compare the two groups of trainees’year-end assessment results,first assessment results and teaching satisfaction.Results The experimental group scores and satisfaction of modified Mini-CEX and DOPS assessments were better than the control group,and the year-end assessment results of the experimental group were significantly better than the first assessment results.Conclusions The evaluation system based on the Mini-CEX combined DOPS was helpful to improve the comprehensive clinical ability and operation skill level of residents in anesthesia department,and improve teaching satisfaction and clinical anesthesia teaching quality.
