结直肠癌患者生命质量测定量表FACT-C中文版的有效性评价

目的评价中文版结直肠癌患者生命质量测定量表FACT-C的信度、效度和反应度,检验FACT-C在结直肠癌患者中的适用性。方法选取辽宁省某院2016年11月1日至2017年1月31日期间的152例结直肠癌住院患者为调查对象,对每位患者在入院时、住院第2天或第3天和经过治疗出院前分别进行问卷调查,用FACT-C评价生命质量,信度通过内部一致性和重测信度评价,效度用条目相关性矩阵和条目-领域相关性评价,反应度用配对t检验和标准化反应均数(SRM)评价。结果Cronbach’sα系数为0.60~0.90,重测相关系数和组内相关系数分别为0.84~0.93和0.82~0.90。除附加关注外,大部分领域内条目间相关系数大于0.4,聚合效度和区分效度较好。除功能状况领域外,其他领域第1次和第3次生命质量测定结果差异有统计学意义,SRM为0.16~0.97。结论FACT-C中文版是有效的结直肠癌生命质量测定量表,可以用来评估辽宁省结直肠癌患者的生命质量。

Validation of Chinese Version of the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Colorectal in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

Objectives This study aimed to evaluate the reliability,validity and responsiveness of the Chinese version of the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy–Colorectal(FACT-C)in colorectal cancer(CRC)patients,and assess its usefulness for evaluation of quality of life(QOL)in these patients.Methods From November 1 st 2016 to January 31 st 2017,152 patients with CRC were surveyed three times using FACT-C to measure their QOL.The surveys were performed on admission,2 or 3 days later and at discharge.Reliability was evaluated by internal consistency and test–retest reliability.Validity was examined by the inter–item correlation and the item–domain correlation.Responsiveness was assessed using paired Student’s t tests and calculating standardized response mean(SRM).Results Cronbach’s α coefficient ranged from 0.60 to 0.90.Pearson correlation and intra-class correlation coefficients ranged from 0.84 to 0.93 and 0.82 to 0.90.Most inter-item correlation coefficients in all domains were more than 0.4,except for colorectal cancer domain.The item-domain correlation analysis showed good convergent validity and discriminant validity.In addition to functional well-being,there was significant difference in QOL between the first and the third measurements,with SRM values ranging from 0.16 to 0.97.Conclusions The Chinese version of the FACT-C was a valid QOL instrument for CRC patients in Liaoning Province.
