| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（excimer laser in situ keratomileusis LASIK）矫治高度近视后屈光回退与术中角膜床厚度的关系。方法：采用LASI对216例406眼高度近视患者进行治疗，根据术中角膜床厚度分为三组，分析屈光回退与术中角膜床厚度的关系。结果：屈光回退程度与角膜床厚度呈负相关系，准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（P＜0.01）。结论：高度近视患者行LASIK术中角膜床厚度是影响术后屈光稳定性的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between the refractive regression after Excimer laser in situ Keratomileusis for severe myopia and the remained thickness of cornea bed in the operation.Methods:406 eyes of 216 myopic patients who received LASIK were studied. The patients were divided into 3 groups according to thickness of cornea-bed in operation.The correlation of regression of refraction and thickness of cornea bed in operation was analyzed. Results: A negative correlation was found between the extent of regression and the thickness of cornea bed ( P <0.01). Conclusion:The thickness of cornea bed in operation is an important factor that affects the stability of refraction following Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis. |
