带蒂皮瓣鼻再造术13例报告

目的探讨胸三角薄皮瓣及额部扩张皮瓣在鼻再造术中的应用及效果。方法于胸肩部设计皮瓣，以胸廓内动脉穿支为供血血管，转移修复鼻缺损；在额部埋置扩张器，以一侧滑车动脉为供血血管，利用扩张皮瓣行缺损鼻再造。结果13例患者术后皮瓣均成活良好，鼻外观及功能恢复，随访1～3年，鼻外观基本保持不变。结论胸三角薄皮瓣及额部扩张皮瓣均适用于鼻再造。额部扩张皮瓣鼻再造术后效果较为满意。

13 Cases Report on Nasal Reconstruction of the Pedicled Skin Flap

Objective To investigate the application of thinned deltopectoral flap and expanded forehead flap in nasal reconstruction and its effect. Methods A flap was designed in the thoracic and shoulder area,with the internal mammary artery serving as blood-supply artery, and then it was used for nasal reconstruction;A expander was embedded in the forehead, one of the trochlea artery was used for blood-supply artery, and then the expanded flap was used for nasal reconstruction. Results All of the flaps survived,the shape and function of the reconstructed nose were restored,and the appearance of the nose were retained after 1 to 3 years follow-up after operation. Conclusion Both of thinned deltopectoral flap and expanded forehead flap are suitable for nasal reconstruction. The results of nasal reconstruction using the expanded forehead flap are satisfying.
