使用牙科放大镜临床牙体预备后金瓷冠唇侧牙周状况的评价

目的 本研究旨在探讨使用牙科放大镜临床牙体预备后对金瓷冠唇侧牙周状况的影响.方法 选取广东省口腔医院修复科患者98例共233颗完善根管治疗后的上前牙,随机分成2组.实验组采用配戴牙科放大镜辅助临床牙体预备;对照组采用常规临床牙体预备.在修复前、修复后6个月和1年分别采集金瓷冠唇侧龈沟液,测定金瓷冠唇侧牙周的牙龈指数(Gingival index,GI)和牙周探诊深度(Pocket depths,PD)以及龈沟液(Gingival crevicular fluid,GCF)的碱性磷酸酶(Alkaline phosphatase,ALP)和髓过氧化物酶(Myeloperoxidase,MPO)的含量后统计学分析.结果 实验组在修复后6个月和1年检测的PD、GI值和龈沟液ALP、MPO值与修复前比较,均无显著性差异(P＞0.05).对照组在修复后6个月和1年检测的PD值和龈沟液ALP值与修复前比较,无显著性差异(P＞0.05);在修复后6个月测定的GI值和龈沟液MPO值与修复前比较,无显著性差异(P＞0.05);在修复后1年测定的GI值和龈沟液MPO值与修复前比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 使用牙科放大镜临床牙体预备有利于改善金瓷冠唇侧牙周状况.

The Labial Periodontal Detection of PFM Crown after Clinical Tooth Preparation Used by Dental Magnifier

Objective To investigate the effect of labial periodontal of PFM crown after clinical tooth preparation used by dental magnifier.Methods Two hundred and thirty three maxillary anterior teeth that were derived from 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group in which the teeth were clinically prepared with dental magnifier and control group in which-the teeth were prepared clinically without dental magnifier. The gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)of labial PFM crown was collected and weighed 3 times: before operation, 6 months and 1 year after operation. The gingival index(GI) and pocket depths(PD)of labial PFM crown were detected at the same time. The alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and myeloperoxidase(MPO) of gingival crevicular fluid were detected in laboratory. All data were analyzed by SPSS.Results The corresponding P values revealed that the GI,PD,GCF-ALP and GCF-MPO of experimental group detected in 6 and 12 months after operation had no significant differences compared with those detected before operation(P>0.05). The PD and GCF-ALP of control group detected in 6 and 12 months after operation had no significant differences compared with those detected before operation(P>0.05).The GI and GCF-MPO of control group detected in 12 months except 6 months after operation had significant differences compared with those detected before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to improve the labial periodontal of PFM crown after clinical tooth preparation used by dental magnifier.
