甲亢导致肝损害临床相关因素研究

目的　探讨甲亢导致肝损害的临床相关因素。方法　回顾性分析 12 0例甲亢性肝损害及同期 15 6例单纯性甲亢的临床资料。结果　 (1)甲亢导致肝损害的发生率 4 3.5 % ;(2 )甲亢年龄越大 ,肝损害的发生率越高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(3)肝损害的发生率与甲亢患者性别无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;(4 )甲亢性肝损害与甲亢病程密切相关 (P <0 .0 1) ;(5 )甲亢性肝损害患者血清FT3、FT4明显高于单纯性甲亢 (P <0 .0 1) ,而血清TSH则明显比单纯性甲亢低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　甲亢容易导致肝损害 ,甲亢性肝损害与甲亢患者的年龄、病程及病情密切相关 ,而与性别无关

A Clinical Relative Factors Study of Hyperthyroidism Leading to Liver Damage

Objective To analyze the clinical relative factors of hyperthyroidism leading to liver damage.Methods Clinical history of 120 cases of hyperthyroid with liver damage and 156 cases without liver damage were reviewed.Results (1)The incidence of liver damage accompanied with hyperthyroid was 43.5%;(2)The older was the hyperthyroidism patient,the higher was the incidence of liver damage(P<0.05);(3)The incidence of liver damage was not correlated with gender of hyperthyroidism patient(P>0.05);(4)The liver damage was significantly correlated with the course of hyperthyroidism(P<0.01);(5)The serum levels of FT3 and FT4 in hyperthyroid patients with liver damage were significantly higher,but the serum levels of TSH were remarkably lower than that in the patients without liver damage(P<0.01).Conclusion Patients with hyperthyroidism are susceptible to liver damage.The seriousness of liver damage is significantly correlated with age course and seriousness of hyperthyroidism.
