| 摘 要： | 将复杂的大支架分体铸造，必要时配合使用冷弯卡环的综合方法修复口腔复杂牙列缺损２０７例患者共３１２件修复体。经１～４年对９２例１６３例修复体随访，表明临床效果好。结论：该方法可以改带模铸造为脱模铸造法，并可解决大支架整体铸造不均匀收缩难以控制的问题，使修复体制作简单，省时，材料消耗少，费用低

| Abstract: | The complicated defect of dentition can be treated with separated casting framework prosthesis without refactory mould.This article reported the treatment of 207 cases with 312 pieces of prostheses by this method.The result of 92 follow up cases with 163 pieces of protheses during 1 to 4 years is satisfactory. Conclusion:This method changes the casting with refractory mould into casting without refractory mould and can avoid the hardly controllable constraction in the big framework casting.The fabrication of prosthesis with this method is simple.economical,saving time and material. |
