早期康复护理对偏瘫患者日常生活能力的影响

目的：探讨早期康复护理对偏瘫患者提高日常生活能力的效果。方法：选择急性脑卒中所致偏瘫患者64例，随机分成康复组和对照组。两组患者均接受神经内科常规治疗与护理，康复组除接受常规护理外并进行早期康复是，康复前后用Barthel指数计分法对患者日常生活能力进行评估。结果：两组患者在康复前Barthel指数评估，结果无显著性差别，P＞0.05。经常规治疗护理与早期康复后两组患者用Barthel指数评估均有一定程度改善，但两组改善程度康复组明显优于对照组，经秩和检验，脑出血P＜0.05，脑梗塞P＜0.01。结论：偏瘫患者进行早期康复护理，能明显改善肢体运动功能，对提高日常生活能力有显著效果。

The Effect of Early Rehabilitation Care on the Abilities of Daily Activities of Hemiplegias

Objective: To research the result of early rehabilitation care on increasing the daily activities of the hemiplegia patient.Methods:64 hemiplegia patients, induced by stroke,were divided randomly into the rehabilitation group and the control group.The two groups received routine nervous medical treatment and care.Meanwhile,the former group also received an early rehabilitation care.The patients daily activities before and after the rehabilitation were evaluated by the Barthel System.Results:The result, which was evaluated by Barthel System when the patient was hospitalized,was not notably different(P>0.05)but improved after the routine treatment and care.But the rehabilitation group improved more obviously than the control group(P< 0.01 ).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation care is effective in improving the motor function of limbs and increasing the ability of daily activities.
