收治地震灾区伤员医院感染的管理和控制

目的根据收治地震灾区伤员的特点，做好医院感染管理和控制工作，提高地震灾区伤员救治的成功率。方法成立医院感染管理机构，制订、完善医院感染预防和控制措施与方案，细化医院感染预防和控制操作规程。结果收治的76名地震伤员中，开放性创面感染率较高，为多种细菌和霉菌混合感染，呈多重耐药性，且合并有尿路及肺部感染。经过有效的感染预防和控制管理，全部伤员痊愈出院，实现了危重感染零死亡、无菌手术零感染的目标。结论加强地震灾区伤员收治过程中的医院感染预防和控制管理，是提高医学救治效果极为重要的环节。

Management and Control of Nosocomial Infections for Wounded Patients in Earthquake-stricken Area

Objective To enhance the healing rate of the wounded patients in earthquake-stricken areas and to deal with the nosocomial infection precaution and control according to the feature of the patients. Methods Hospital institution on nosocomial infection management was formed, the procedure of the nosocomial infection and control was formulated, and the corresponding regulations were fined. Results Patients with open injury had high rates of infection. They were infected with some bacterial and fungus with multidrug resistance and combined with urinary or pulmonary infection. All patients were healed by effective control and management of infection. The goal that none patient died from severe in- fection and had infection from aseptic operation was attained. Conclusion It is very important to strengthen the nosocomi- al infection precaution and control for wounded patients in earthqnake-stricken areas.
