复方土茯苓颗粒治疗高尿酸血症患者疗效分析

目的观察复方土茯苓颗粒对高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效。方法将60例高尿酸血症患者分为复方土茯苓颗粒组、苯溴马隆组,每组各30例。复方土茯苓颗粒组给予口服复方土茯苓颗粒,10 g/包,2/d。苯溴马隆组给予口服苯溴马隆,50 mg,1/d。20天一疗程。实验前后抽血检测疗效指标：①血尿酸（uric acid,UA）;②安全性指标：血常规、肝脏功能、肾脏功能、尿常规）,并进行前后对照及组间比较。结果复方土茯苓颗粒、苯溴马隆组患者治疗后血尿酸水平均显著下降（P〈0.01）,两组之间无统计学差异（P=0.770〉0.05）。复方土茯苓颗粒组治疗前后血常规及肝肾功能各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论复方土茯苓颗粒治疗高尿酸血症疗效确切,且无副作用。

Treatment Effects of Fufang Tufuling Granules on Hyperuricemia

Objective To observe the curative effect of Fufang Tufuling granules on hyperuricemia. Methods A total of 60 patients with hyperuricemia were randomly and evenly divided into Fufang Tufuling granules group and Benzbromarone group,treated by concentrated Fufang Tufuling granules(10g/bag,2 times/day) and Benzbromarone tablets(50 mg,1 time/day) respectively for 20 days as a course of treatment.The clinical symptoms,physical signs and laboratory data before and after treatment were tested and compared. Results The blood uric acid levels were significantly decreased in two groups(P<0.01) and there was no significant difference between two groups(P=0.770>0.05).The indexes including blood routine,liver function,renal function and urine routine were not significantly different after treatment(P> 0.05). Conclusion Fufang Tufuling granules are effective in treating hyperuricemiaand and have no side-effect.
