| Abstract: | We analyzes the individual and organizational barriers that hinder hospital knowledge management under the conditions of knowledge economy, and puts forward such measures as changing concepts, improving incentive mecha-nism and ameliorating organizations, so as to transform challenges into advantages and promote the knowledge management in hospitals. |
