综合心理干预对新战士心理健康及训练伤的影响

目的探讨综合心理干预对新入伍战士训练伤发生率的影响。方法1000名新入伍战士随机分为心理干预组和对照组。在新兵训练期间,对心理干预组新兵,除常规的生理卫生教育和监督外,进行综合心理干预;利用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、焦虑自测量表（SAS）、抑郁自测量表（SDS）,在新训开始和结束时,进行心理状态测定;并统计各组新兵训练伤发生情况。结果心理干预组战士在SCL-90中的躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等项的分值、在SAS和SDS中的总分值明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）,心理干预组战士训练伤中的软组织损伤、骨关节损伤、训练伤总发生率均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论综合心理干预对于训练伤的预防具有积极作用。

Effect of Comprehensive Psychological Intervention on Psychological Health and Training Injury of Newly Recruited Soldiers

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on the incidence of training injury of newly recruited soldiers. Methods 1000 newly recruited Soldiers were randomly divided into psychological intervention group and control group. During the training period, the psychological intervention group accepted the comprehensive psychological intervention in addition to conventional physical health education and supervision. Symptom checklist-90 （SCL- 90）, anxiety and self-rated scale （SAS） and self-rated depression scale （SDS） were utilized to evaluate the psychological status of soldiers at the beginning and the end of training. The occurrence of injury in each group was counted. Results For the psychological intervention group, somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety and hostility scores in the SCL90, and total SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than the total control group （P〈0. 05）. Their incidence of soft tissue injury, bone and joint damage, and their overall incidence of training injuries were significantly lower than the control （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The appropriate psychological intervention has positive effect for the prevention of training injury.
