摘    要:目的科学军队医院文职人员招聘工作。方法借鉴与应用“评价中心技术”。结果初步构建了军队医院文职人员测评的内容与评价体系。结论“评价中心技术”适用于军队文职人员的招聘测评,但测评内容与方法具有独特性,有待深入探索与完善。

Reference and Application of Assessment Center Technology for Civil Service Recruitment in Military Hospital

Abstract:Objective To explore the scientific recruitment method of civil service in military hospital. Methods The Assessment Center technology was used for reference and application. Results The test contents and evaluation system for civil service in military hospital were constructed. Conclusion The Assessment Center technology is applicable for recruitment of military civil service. The test contents and methods are specific and warrant further research.
