城乡结合部交通事故伤院前急救新模式探讨

目的 探讨城乡结合部严重交通事故伤院前急救新模式。方法医院在城乡结合部设立医疗救护点；采取急救点与交通警察联动；院前急救与转运结合；院前急救和院内治疗结合的院前急救模式。结果2001—03／2007—12月抢救重大交通事故伤员1831例，治愈1592例，治愈率87．00％。死亡178例，死亡率9．72%。结论快速、正确、有效的院前急救，可提高严重交通事故伤抢救成功率。

New Model of Prehospital First Aid at Severe Traffic Accidents in Suburb

Objective To explore the new model of prehospital first aid at severe traffic accidents in suburb. Methods We set up medical stations at certain spots in suburbs, and adopted the combined action mode of medical stations with traffic police, prehospital first aid with transfer, prehospital first aid with hospital treatment. Results By using the new model, out of 1 831 wounded in traffic accidents occurred in suburbs, 1 592 were cured and 178 died from March 2001 to December 2007, with the cure rate of 87. 00% and the mortality of 9. 72%. Conclusion Rapid, correct and effective prehospital first aid greatly increases the success rescue rate in severe traffic accidents.
