| Abstract: | Objective To provide reference for the construction of flood disaster medical rescue system under the public health system through studying the actuality and characteristics of domestic medical relief system for flood disaster. Methods Evidence-based analysis. Results The actuality of domestic medical relief system was summarized,and five problems were pointed out. Five countermeasures were put forward including ＂constructing a unified leadership, perfecting the legal framework of disaster medical rescue system, raising the consciousness on disaster prevention and self-help ability, increasing investment to narrow the regional gap, perfecting the emergency drug supply system＂. Conclusion Establishing the national emergency drug supply system plays a significant role in upgrading the standard of the post-disaster emergency medical relief. |
