摘    要:目的探讨早期康复与高压氧综合治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法将112例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各56例;两组患者均接受神经内科治疗和康复治疗,观察组加用高压氧治疗。以神经功能缺损评分、成人简易智力测验MMSE表、Barthel指数评定(BI)作指标,评定两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前后和组间的神经功能缺损评分、MMSE和BI评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论早期康复结合高压氧综合治疗能显著改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损,提高认知功能和日常生活能力,更利于患者全面康复。

Curative Effects of Early Rehabilitation and Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatments on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective To explore the treatment effects of early rehabilitation and hyperbaric oxygen treatments on acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twelve patients were randomly divided into observation group (n = 56) and control group (n = 56). The subjects in control group were treated with drugs and rehabilitation treatment, while those in observation group accepted hyperbaric oxygen treatment additionally. The neuro-deficit score, the mini-mental state examination (MMSE) scale and the Barthel index (BI) were utilized to assess the therapeutic effects. Results After treatment, the neuro deficit scores of two groups deceased (P〈0. 01), scores of observation group were lower than those of control group (P〈0. 01); the MMSE and BI scores of both groups increased (P〈0. 01 ) and scores of observation group were higher than those of control group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Early rehabilitation and hyperbaric oxygen treatments can obviously improve neurological function, cognition function and activity of daily life of acute cerebral infarction patients. It facilitates the rehabilitation of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
