微血管密度和淋巴管密度与卵巢癌临床病理参数的联系

目的 探讨卵巢癌组织微血管密度(MVD)和淋巴管密度(LVD)与临床病理参数之间的联系.方法 采用免疫组化的方法,用分化簇34(CD34)标记卵巢癌组织中的微血管,用血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR-3)标记卵巢癌淋巴管,人工计数MVD与LVD,分析卵巢癌的MVD及LVD与临床病理之间的联系.结果 LVD与卵巢癌淋巴结转移(P＜0.01)、FIGO分期(P＜0.05)及腹膜转移(P＜0.05)显著正相关,MVD与卵巢癌淋巴结转移(P＜0.05)、腹膜转移(P＜0.05)、远处转移(P＜0.01)及FIGO分期显著正相关(P＜0.05).结论 新生血管和淋巴管促进卵巢的生长和转移,卵巢癌组织中高微血管密度和高淋巴管密度与腹膜转移、远处转移及淋巴结转移显著相关.

Correlation of Clinicopathological Characteristics with MVD and LVD in Ovarian Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the corrlation of the clinicopatho logical characteristics with the microvascular density(MVD) and lymphatic vessel density(LVD) in ovarian carcinoma.Methods CD34 and Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3 VEGFR-3,specific markers for vascular and lymphatic endothelium,respectively) in 59 cases of ovarian carcinonmas were determined by immunohistochemical technique.LVD and MVD were manually counted .The correlation of the clinicopathological characteristics of ovarian carcinomas with the MVD and LVD was analyzed.Results LVD was positively related to lymph node metastasis (P<0.01),clinical staging (P<0.05) and perioneal metastasis(P<0.05).MVD was positive by related to lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),distant metastasis(P<0.01), clinical staging (P<0.05)and peritoneal metastaasis(P<0.05) of the ovarian carcinomas.Conclusdions Angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis are involved in tumoral growth and metastatic spread.There is a significant positive correlation of the lymph node metastasis and peritoneal metastasis with the MVD and LVD in ovarian carcinomas.
