| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of hepatitis B virus（HBV） on the blood biochemical and hematological index of HBV transgenic mice,supply reference for research of pathogenic mechanism and new drug evaluation.Methods Fifty HBV transgenic（at the 30th generation） mice and twenty-eight normal mice in the same family with 6-8 weeks old and females and males half and half were studied.Blood was extracted from the fossa orbitalis.Seven blood biochemical indexes and ten hematological indexes were tested and compared.Results There were significant differences in blood glucose,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,red blood cell,hemoglobin,platelet between HBV transgenic mice and the normal mice（P〈0.05）.There was no difference between the indexes of liver function,lymphocyte and lipid metabolism.Conclusion Some of the blood biochemical and the blood hematological indexes of HBV transgenic mice are changed. |
