心理干预对预备役参训官兵心理健康的作用

目的探讨心理干预对预备役参训官兵心理健康的作用。方法将300名官兵分为干预组(n=150)与对照组(n=150),干预组接受心理干预,对照组未接受心理干预。采用症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90),对两组训练前后的心理健康状况进行测评;测评干预组干预前后的焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)得分情况。结果两组训练前SCL-90得分无统计学差异(P>0.05);训练后干预组的SCL-90得分明显低于对照组(P<0.01或0.05);干预组心理干预后SAS、SDS得分明显低于干预前(P<0.01)。结论心理干预对参训官兵心理健康有较好的促进作用。

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Mental Health of Reserve Offices and Soldiers in Military Training

Objective To study the role of psychological intervention on mental health of reserve offices and sol- diers in military training. Methods A total of 300 offices and soldiers were divided into intervention group （150 cases） and control group （150 cases）. Intervention group received psychological intervention. Control group received no inter- vention. Before and after military training, the mental health status of the two groups were assessed by Symptom Check- list 90 （SCL-90）. Degree of anxiety and depression before and after psychological intervention were assessed by Self-Rat- ing Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDA） in intervention group. Results SCL-90 Scores had no difference between two groups before training （P〉0. 05）. SCL-90 Scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group after training （P〈0. 01 or 0. 05）. SAS and SDS scores after intervention were sig- nificantly lower than those before intervention in intervention group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Psychological intervention can promote mental health of offices and soldiers in military training.
