| 摘 要： | 愈裂胶外敷治疗肛裂80例,治愈率达96.3％。愈裂胶能明显缓解排粪痛,其治愈率、止痛时间、肛裂愈合时间等观察指标,明显优于对照组,统计学上有非常显著差别(P<0.001)。愈裂胶外敷治疗肛裂操作简便,无痛苦,患者乐于接受。

| Abstract: | There are 80 cases about treating anal fissure by external use of the healing fissure gel. The cure rate was 96. 3%. It is certified in clinic that the healing fissure gel could relieve pain of defection. The study showed that the time of killing pain and recovering from anal fissure were much shorter in test group than those in control, with statistically significant difference (P <0. 001), so it is convenient, practical,and effective that the healing fissure gel cure anal fissure. |
