Maspin、p63和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的：子宫内膜癌的发生是一个多基因突变的过程，本文拟探讨Maspin、p63和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其意义。方法：采用免疫组化SP法检测77例子宫内膜癌中Maspin、p63和Ki-67的表达情况，并分析其临床病理意义。结果：子宫内膜癌组织中Maspin的阳性低表达率与组织学分级及淋巴结转移相关（P〈0．05）；p63蛋白阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0．05）；Ki-67阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌病理分级呈正相关（P〈0．05），淋巴结转移患者中Ki-67阳性表达率也显著高于无转移患者（P〈O．05）。结论：Maspin、p63和Ki-67的表达在子宫内膜癌的发生、转移过程中起重要作用，联合检测Maspin和p63可作为预测子宫内膜癌转移及预后的参考指标。

Expression and clinical significance of Maspin,p63 and Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma

Objective:To explore the significance of Maspin,p63 and Ki-67 expression in endometrial carcinoma.Methods:The immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of Maspin,p63 and Ki-67 in 77 cases of endometrial carcinoma in which clinically pathological significance of Maspin,p63 and Ki-67 expression was evaluated respectively.Results:The result of analysis showed that the expression of Maspin was significantly correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Expressions of p63 in endometrial carcinoma had a significant correlation with depth of myometrial infiltration and lymph node metastasis.The expresstion level of Ki-67 was related to histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maspin,p63 and Ki-67 proteins are important roles in the tumor agenesis of endometrial carcinoma,so the study of Maspin,p63 and Ki-67 may be useful for prognosis in endometrial carcinoma.
