穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效观察及对血清中IL-6与IL-10水平的影响

目的：研究穴位注射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效及对血清中IL-6、IL-10水平的影响.方法：按随机数字法分为对照组及治疗组,治疗组根据带状疱疹发病的部位,选择相应的穴位分点注射混悬液（复方倍他米松1ml（首次注射用）＋维生素B12注射液0.5mg＋碳酸利多卡因注射液6ml）1.5～2ml 1/日,对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片150mg,口服2次/日,维生素B1片10mg,口服3次/日,连续10天后进行疗效观察;采用ELISA法测定PHN患者治疗前及治疗后血清中白细胞介素6（IL-6）与白细胞介素-10（IL-10）水平.结果：PHN患者治疗后10天后,治疗组患者疼痛不同程度缓解,总有效率86.18％,对照组总有效率63.08％,治疗后治疗组血清中IL-6,IL-10水平显著低于治疗前（P＜0.01）,且较对照组水平降低明显（P＜0.01）.结论：穴位注射对治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者有明显疗效.

Clinical observation of point injection treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia and on serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels

Objective： To study the curative effect of point injection treatment of postherpetic neuralgia and the influence of on serum IL-6, IL-10 level;Methods：According to the method of random Numbers were divided into control group and treatment group, treatment group according to herpes zoster infection site, select the corresponding acupuncture point injection of mixed suspension （compound betamethasone l ml （for injection ） for the first time ＋vitamin B12 injection 0.5 mg＋carbonated lidocaine injection 6ml ） 1.5ml-2ml/day, the control group given diclofenac sodium zyban 150 mg orally twice/day, vitamin B1 piece of 10 mg orally 3 times/ day, curative effect observation for 10 days; Using the ELISA method in the determination of PHN patients before and after treatment serum interleukin 6（IL6） and intedeukin lO（IL-10） level;Results：PHN patients was treatmented after 10 days , the treatment group patients with different degree of pain relief, and total effective rate 86.18%, control group total effectiveness 63.08%,Treatment group after treatment serum IL-6,IL-10 level was significantly lower than normal control group （P〈0.O1）, and lower than the control group significantly （P〈O.O1）;Conclusion：point injection for the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia patients have obvious curative effect.
