疏肝平胃汤辅治慢性胆囊炎并胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨疏肝平胃汤辅助治疗慢性胆囊炎并胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法：将176例慢性胆囊炎并胆汁反流性胃炎随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均给予西药综合治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用疏肝平胃汤辅助治疗，4周后统计治疗效果。结果：治疗组显效率高于对照组，半年复发率低于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义；两组总有效率相似，差异无统计学意义。结论：在西医治疗的基础上，给予疏肝平胃汤辅助治疗，对于降低短期复发率具有积极意义。

Clinical observation of treating chr onic cholecystitis complicated with bile reflux gastritis patients by Shugan Pingwei decotion

Objective：To explore the curative effect of treating chronic cholecystitis complicated with bile reflux gastritis patients by Shugan Pingwei decotion. Methods： 176 chronic cholecystitis complicated with bile reflux gastritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Synthesized western medicine was given in two groups, Shugan Pingwei decotion was extra given treatment group on basis of synthesized western medicine in which the curative effect after 4 weeks of treatment were observed in two groups. Results： Markedly effective rate of treatment group was higher than that in control group,and half a year relapse rate of treatment group was lower than that in control group in which there was statistical significance in two groups. Total effective rate in in two groups were similar,which was no statistical significance. Conclusion： Shugan Pingwei decotion has a active significance to reducing short-term relapse rate on basis of western medicine.
