| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年高血压患者血脂与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系。方法:应用多普勒超声仪检测76例老年高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度,同时检测血脂状况。结果:血脂异常的老年高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度明显超过正常,高TC、高LDL-C与颈动脉内膜中层厚度正相关(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与血脂代谢密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective：To inquire into the relation between the blood lipoids and the thickness of middle endarterium of jugular artery for the older hypertension patients.Methods：Use dopula supersonic diagnostic set to check the thickness of middle endarterium of jugular artery for 76 older hypertension patients,and to test their blood lipoids conditions.Results：The thickness of middle endarterium of jugular artery for the older hypertension patients were obviously above usual whose blood lipoids were abnormal,high TC、high LDL-C were directly related with the thickness of middle endarterium of jugular artery（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The blood lipoids metabolism are closely related with the thickness of middle endarterium of jugular artery for the older hypertension patients. |
