绝经后妇女性激素水平变化在脑梗死发病中所起的作用

目的:研究绝经后妇女性激素水平变化对动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死发病的影响。方法:测定25例绝经后妇女脑梗死患者(A组);23例绝经后健康妇女(B组);20例正常育龄行经妇女(C组)的血清雌二醇(E_2)、孕激素(P)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(T);同时测定血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果:A组与B组、C组比较显示,E_2、HDL-C水平显著降低,T、FSH、LH、TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著增高。线性相关分析显示,E_2与FSH、LH、TC、TG、LDL-C呈显著负相关,而与LDH-C呈显著正相关。结论:绝经后妇女脑梗死患者存在着严重的性激素失调及脂代谢异常,可能是绝经后妇女脑梗死发病的原因之一。

The Relationship between Sex Hormones and Serum Lipid Levels in Postmenopausal Women with Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To study the influence of sex hormone level changes on cerebral infarction in postmenopausal women. Methods:25 postmenopausal women with cerebral infarction (group A); 23 healthy postmenopausal women (group B) and 20 healthy premenopausal women (group C) were selected to compare the serum levels of estradiol (E2) .progesterone (P), follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH) , luteinizing hormone (LH), testostrone(T) , total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) , high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein-choles-terol(LDL-C). Results: Analysis of variance revealed that serum levels of T, FSH,LH,TC,TG, LDL-C were significantly higer while Ei and HDL-C lower in group A than those in group B and group C. Correlation analysis showed that serum E2 level was negatively correlated with serum FSH, LH, TC, TO and LDL-C levels, but positively correlated with HDL-C. Conclusion :The study indicates that sex hormones disorder and adverse serum lipid profile are important risk factors of cerebral infarction in postmenopausal women.
