| 摘 要： | 目的:探索针灸与运动疗法相结合在小儿脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)治疗的作用。方法:64例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,观察组40例,运用针灸及运动疗法治疗;对照组24例,进行运动疗法治疗,效果应用马若飞标准评定。结果:两组总有效率分别为97.5％和70.83％,观察组明显高于对照组(X~2=7.47,P<0.01)。结论:针灸与运动疗法相结合治疗小儿脑瘫,能有效提高治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the role of accupuncture therapy and kinesitherapy in treatment of cerebral palsy of children. Methods: Sixty - four patients with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups. Forty patients in the trial group were treated with accupuncture therapy and kinesitherapy, twenty ?four patients in the control group were treated with kinestherapy. Effects was evaluated by MaRuofei method.Results:The total effective rates of the two groups were respectively 97.5% and 70.83% .There was clear difference between the two groups. The trial group was better than the control group( x2 = 7.47,P<0.01). Conclusion: The accupuncture therapy combined with kinesitherapy can enhance the effect for treating cerebral palsy of children. |
