孟鲁司特联合布地奈德预防毛细支气管炎后哮喘发生的疗效观察

目的:探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德预防婴幼儿毛细支气管炎后哮喘发生的临床疗效。方法:将67例毛细支气管炎患儿治愈后随机分为两组,治疗组34例给予孟鲁司特口服及布地奈德吸入治疗,对照组不做治疗。两组均随访2年,统计随访期内哮喘发生的例数。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组哮喘发生率明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.15,P<0.05)。结论:口服孟鲁司特联合吸入布地奈德能减少婴幼儿毛细支气管炎后哮喘发生率,疗效确切,应用方便,副作用小。

Observation of the Effects of Preventing Asthma After Bronchiolitis of Montelukast Combined with Budesonide

Objective：To investigate the effects of preventing asthma of the montelukast combined with budesonide after bronchiolitis.Methods：67 cases of bronchiolitis were divided into two groups randomly,34 cases in treatment group were treated with oral montelukast and budesonide inhalation after bronchiolitis.The control group was not treated.Two groups were observed for two years,and counted all the patients of asthma.Results：Compared with control group,the incidence rate of asthma attack in two years of the treatment group was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Oral montelukast combined with inhalation budesonide can reduce the incidence rate of asthma after infants bronchiolitis.The method is safe and convenient.
