子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的:分析导致产后大出血的相关因素,探讨子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的疗效。方法:应用Seldinger技术行子宫动脉栓塞治疗17例产后大出血伴休克、弥漫性血管内凝血,同时选14例产后大出血患者经传统的保守治疗相比较。结果:宫缩乏力是产后大出血的主要原因,其次为胎盘因素、软产道损伤等;17例患者除2例栓塞无效行子宫切除,其余15例经子宫动脉栓塞治疗后止血成功,且均恢复正常月经。结论:对于积极保守治疗无效的产后大出血,子宫动脉栓塞治疗迅速、有效、安全、可靠,是一种可靠的微创治疗法。

Abstract:Objective:Analyse that causes the relevant factor of the massive hemorrhage patients of postpartum, to probe into the clinical effects of bilateral uterine arterial embolization.Methods:Use seldinger technology to carry on the uterine arterial embolization to treat 17 patients,and with adopt the traditional method to treat 14 massive hemorrhage patients of postpartum to oppose and shine.Results:It is a main reason of the massive hemorrhage of the postpartum that the uterine inertia, secondly it is a placenta factor, the soft birth canal is damaged etc;17 patients except that 2 embolism invalid to perform the hysterectomia,it is succeed in arresing blood after the uterus artery embolism is treated to have 15 more other,and resume normal period.Conclusion:As to guarding the postpartum failing to respond to any medical treatment massive hemorrhage actively,the uterus artery embolism is treated fast,effective,safe,reliable,is a kind of reliable achieving the law of treating a minimal access.
