肝病患者血清前白蛋白检测的临床价值分析

目的:探讨血清前白蛋白(PA)检测在肝脏疾病患者中变化规律及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫透射比浊法对196例急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、重型肝炎、肝硬化患者和51例对照组血清前白蛋白进行检测,并同时测定白蛋白(ALB)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)作对比分析。结果:各肝病组血清PA水平与正常对照组相比均有不同程度下降,且随着病情越重,血清前白蛋白水平下降越明显,依次为急性肝炎>慢性肝炎>重型肝炎>肝硬化。结论:检测血清前白蛋白水平可作为判断肝功能损害的一项灵敏指标,通过对血清前白蛋白水平的动态观察,可以预测疾病的预后。

The Clinical Significance of Detection of Serum Prealbumin in Patients with Hepatopathy

Objective:To explore the changes of serum prealbumin and its clinical significance in patients with hepatopathy.Methods:The serum samples from 196 patients with hepatopathy and 51 healthy adults were collected.The content of serum prealbumin,albumin,and cholinesterase in serum were detected with transmission immunoturbidimetry method.Results:The level of serum prealbumin was lower in patients with hepatopathy than in healthy adults,and the decreased level of serum prealbumin was associated with the progress of hepatopathy.The reduced level of serum prealbumin was in the following descending order:hepatocirrhosis,hepatitis gravis,chronic hepatopathy,and acute hepatopathy.Conclusion:The level of serum prealbumin can be as an indictor to analysis the content of liver function damaged and predict the prognosis.
