肾病综合征患者甲状腺功能的变化及其临床意义探讨

目的:探讨肾病综合征(NS)患者甲状腺功能的变化及其临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫法测定22例NS患者的甲状腺素水平,与20例正常对照组的甲状腺素水平比较。结果:观察组甲状腺功能中TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4均较对照组明显降低,以TT3及FT3最为明显,且随患者病情恢复而改善。结论:测定血清甲状腺功能可作为NS的临床疗效动态观察指标之一。

Clinical Significance Study of Thyroid Function in Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective： To investigate the clinical significance and changes of thyroid function in patients with nephrotic syndrome. Methods： Radioimmunoassay（RIA） was used to determine the level of TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, TSH in 20 cases healthy control and 22 patients with nephrotic syndrome. Results： The Serum TT3 ,TT4, FT3 ,FT4 level in the group with nephrotic syndrome was significant lower than that of the control group, especially TT3 and FT3 （P〈0. 05）,follow state of illness restore was improve. Conclusion： Measurement of serum thyroid function in nephrotic syndrome patients might be as an observation indicator of clinical curative effect.
