黄芪多糖抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:目的:观察黄芪多糖的抗氧化作用。方法:应用D-半乳糖复制小鼠衰老模型与AS兔模型。结果:黄芪多糖显著提高了血SOD、CAT及GSH-PX活力,降低了血浆、脑匀浆及肝匀浆中LPO水平。并显著降低了TG、TC、LDL-C、ApoA、ApoB、MDA和TRAC水平,升高了HDL-C和SOD水平。结论:黄芪多糖有较好的抗氧化作用,从而起到抗衰老及抗AS作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the anti-oxidation capacity of Radix Astragali Polysaccharide. Method:Ageing models of mice and atherosclerosis models of rabbit made with D-galactose were used to test. Result: Radix Astragali polysaccharide obviously promoted the activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in blood, and reduced LPO level in plasma, liver homogenize and brain homogenize in ageing mice,and also positively decrease the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,ApoA,ApoB,MDA and TRAC, but oppositely increased the levels of SOD and HDL-C in blood of atherosclerosis model rabbits. Conclusion: Radix astragali polysaccharide has good capacity for of anti-oxidation, so it can be endowed with ability to resist and atherosclerosis.
