脑卒中患者肠内营养护理和制剂临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨肠内营养干预对重症脑卒中患者治疗效果的影响。方法:选择本院重症脑卒中患者92例,随机分成两组,实验组(46例)进行肠内营养护理干预,包括根据患者情况提供营养治疗方案,提供特殊的肠内营养制剂能全力,针对每例患者制定全面的护理计划和个体指导;对照组(46例)常规进行治疗护理。分别对两组患者进行相关生化指标测定,以观察治疗的效果,同期观察并发症。结果:提供特殊的肠内营养制剂和护理干预措施后,实验组血清总蛋白(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、非瘫痪侧上臂三头肌肌围(MAMC)等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且并发症少,实验组神经功能缺损程度改善较对照组明显,且平均住院日明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预,包括肠内营养制剂能全力和针对每例患者制定全面的护理计划和个体指导,可显著改善重症脑卒中患者的营养状况,减少并发症的发生,有利于患者康复。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the impact of enteral nutrition intervention in the treatment of patients with severe stroke.Methods:92 cases of hospital patients with severe stroke were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(46 cases) was given enteral nutrition care interventions,including nutritional treatment plan based on the patients'condition,special enteral nutrition of Enteral Nutritional Suspension(TPF),developing a comprehensive plan of care and individual guidance for each patient.The control group(46 cases) was given conventional treatment and care.Related biochemical characteristics of the two groups of patients were tested to observe the effect of treatment and the same period complications.Results:After being provided a special enteral nutrition formulations and nursing interventions,the serum total protein(TP),serum albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),non-paralyzed side triceps muscle circumference(MAMC) were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and with less concurrent disease.The degree of neurological deficits of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group,and the average length of stay decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated care intervention,including Enteral Nutrition fully and developing a comprehensive plan of care and individual guidance for each patient,can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients with severe stroke,and reduce the incidence of complications.
