游泳对新生儿健康的探讨

摘    要:目的 :探讨新生儿游泳对新生儿生理性体重下降 ,生理性黄疸的影响。方法 :将 15 0例正常足月新生儿作游泳组 ,同期分娩的孕母年龄、孕周、分娩时间、分娩方式、出生时体重相近的 15 0例作为对照组。测定两组新生儿出院时体重、经皮胆红素测定情况。结果 :两组出生时体重无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,出院时两组体重有显著差异。剖宫产儿游泳组平均体重 (3134± 35 6 )g ,对照组平均体重 (3170± 4 10 )g ,P <0 0 0 1;阴道分娩儿游泳组平均体重 (330 4± 335 )g ;对照组平均体重 (312 3± 4 0 0 )g ,P <0 0 0 5。产后 4d经皮胆红素测定游泳组为 (7 6 1± 2 2 )mg/L ,对照组为 (8 13± 2 4 )mg/L ,有明显差异 (P <0 0 0 5 )。结论 :新生儿游泳有助于新生儿生长发育 ,是一项值得推广的健康保证活动

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of neonatal swimming on the physiological weight loss and jaundice.Methods:Normal full-term neonates were divided into two groups.Group I(swimming group)150 neonates.GroupⅡ(the control),also 150,all these 300 neonates had almost the same weight at birth from the same period delivered mothers who had nearly the same age,gestational age,delivering ways.The weight of the neonates discharging from hospital from the two groups and transcutaneous bilirumetry were detected.Results:There was significant difference bettween the two groups on the weight discharging from hospital( P <0.01)but the weight at birth had no significance( P <0.05).The weight in Group I(swimming group)was (3134±356)g,(3304±335g),compared with(3170±410)g,(3123±400)g in Group Ⅱ.The level of transcutaneous bilirumetry in 4 days babies in GroupⅡand there was significant difference( P <0.01).Conclusion: Neonatal swimming can help to accelerate the babies growth and development and it is worth doing.
