血清超敏C反应蛋白在心绞痛患者中的临床价值

目的:探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与心绞痛的关系。方法:测定90例心绞痛患者的hs-CRP水平,比较不同类型心绞痛的组间差异,观察hs-CRP水平与发生心血管不良事件(MACE)的关系。结果:不稳定心绞痛(UAP)组hs-CRP水平高于稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。发生心血管不良事件的患者血清hs-CRP水平明显高于未发生心血管不良事件者(P<0.01)。结论:血清hs-CRP水平反应冠心病的不稳定程度,并与心绞痛患者的预后存在相关性,也是预测心血管不良事件的指标之一。

The Clinical Value of the Serum Hs-CRP in Diagnosing Angina Pectoris

Objective: To explore the relation between serum High-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and the angina pectoris.Methods: hs-CRP levels of 90 angina pectoris sufferers were measured to compare the difference of two groups of different types of angina pectoris patients and to find the relation between hs-CRP level and major adverse cardiac events.Results:The hs-CRP level of the group of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) was higher than that of the group of stable angina pectoris(SAP),and the difference was obviously(P<0.05).The serum hs-CRP level of the patients occurring major adverse cardiac events is obviously higher than that of the patients without major adverse cardiac events(P<0.01).Conclusion:The serum hs-CRP level suggests the unstable degree of the coronary artery disease,and has a certain relationship to the prognosis of the angina pectoris sufferers,and it is also one of the marks for predicting major adverse cardiac events.
