镍铬合金镀金烤瓷冠对牙周组织的影响分析

目的:对比分析镍铬合金镀金烤瓷冠对牙周组织的影响。方法:选择临床病例30例,采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠和镍铬合金镀金烤瓷冠修复,分别以修复前和修复6～8个月后,采集龈沟液并分析AST、ALP活性。结果:两种方法修复前,健康状况相似,各指标间无差异(P>0.05),但镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复6～8个月后,GCF量、GCF-AST、GCF-ALP的水平与修复前均有显著差异(P<0.05),而镍铬合金镀金烤瓷冠则无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:镍铬合金镀金烤瓷冠可以替代贵金属烤瓷冠在临床普及应用。

The analysis of the Influence of the Chromel Alloy Baked Porcelain Crown on the Periodontium

Objective:To analyse the influence of the chromel alloy baked porcelain crown on the periodontium through comparison.Methods:Choose 30 clinical cases repair through chromel alloy baked porcelain crown and chromel alloy baked porcelain plated with gold,separately collect the gingival crevicular fluid before the repair and 6~8 months after the repair,to study activity of AST and ALP.Results:Physical condition are similar before repair,no difference in any index(P>0.05).But 6~8 months after the repair through chromel alloy baked porcelain crown,the GCF,GCF-AST,GCF-ALP index changed dramatically(P<0.05),however,the one repaired through chromel alloy baked porcelain plated with gold didn’t change much(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nickel alloy plating chromium porcelain crowns can replace precious metal baked porcelain crown in clinical use.
