| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法:将52例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照治疗的基础上加用生长抑素治疗。结果:治疗组患者的临床症状、好转时间、血淀粉酶、血白细胞、血糖恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。两组均无明显的不良反应。结论:生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎疗效确切,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objeetive..To investigate the curative effect of somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods： 52 cases of acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with routine treatment, while the treatment group was added sornatostatin on the basis of routine treatment. Results： The improvement time of clinical symptoms and recovery time of serum amylase, white blood cell, blood glucose were all shorter in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. No serious adverse events were reported in bothgroups. Conclusion： The curative effect of somatostatin in acute pancreatitis is definite, it is worth clinical application. |
