肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性监测分析

摘    要:目的:了解本院近3年来肺炎克雷伯菌及其产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)菌株的分离率、耐药性及其发展趋势,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:对本院自2011年1月-2013年12月从临床标本分离的肺炎克雷伯菌及其产ESBLs菌株的分离率和药敏结果进行统计分析。结果:共检出肺炎克雷伯菌152株,其中产ESBLs有56株。肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率近3年无显著变化,但是产ESBLs菌株的检出率从2011年的23.4%上升到2013年的50.0%。药敏结果显示,产ESBLs菌株耐药率逐年增高,产ESBLs菌株的耐药率明显高于非产ESBLs菌株。结论:近3年来本地区产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率呈上升趋势,并呈现明显的多药耐药性,产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌的增加是导致肺炎克雷伯菌耐药率总体呈上升趋势的主要原因,也是导致其多重耐药的主要原因,医务人员应重视该菌引起的各类感染,减少医院感染的发生。

Drug Resistance Monitoring Analysis of Klebsiella Pneumoniae

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the incidence and the statues of drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae(K.pneumoniae)and K.pneumoniae producting extended spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs)and thereafter provide a basis for treatment in clinical practice.Methods:ESBLs were detected by sensitive tests with static methods in K.pnetumoniae which were isolated from January 2011 to December 2013 in the hospital.Results:There were 56 strains with ESBLs among 152 strains of K.pneumoniae.There were no significant differences between the incidence of Klebsiella pneumoniae in recent three years.Meanwhile the rates of the producing ones with ESBLs were dramatically improved from23.4%in 2011 to 50.0%in 2013.The result of sensitive tests confirmed that the drug resistance of ESBLs producing has a tendency of increasing every year,and the rates of the producing ones with ESBLs were significantly higher than those of ESBLs non-producing strains.Conclusion:In view of increasing rate of ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pnetumoniae with multi-drug resistance in recent three years,which as a result of the emergence of producing ones with ESBLs,it is necessay to detect and supervise ESBLs in time for reducing the occurrence and spread of the bacteria stains with ESBLs.
