在90例婴儿接种重组酵母乙肝疫苗免疫效果观察及随访

目的:了解珠海市婴儿接种乙肝疫苗的免疫效果,评价防治效果,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法:收集本院90例1周岁内按国家免疫规划程序接种完3针重组酵母乙肝疫苗的婴儿作为监测对象,进行乙肝标志物血清学监测。结果:90例监测对象中,抗-HBs阳转率达96%;HBsAg携带率为4.44%;母婴传播阻断保护率为90%;母亲HBsAg阴性婴儿的抗-HBs阳转率和GMT均低于母亲HBsAg阳性的婴儿,两者差异有显著性意义。结论:按国家免疫规划程序接种完3针重组酵母乙肝疫苗抗-HBs阳转率达到较高水平,母亲HBsAg携带状况是婴儿乙肝疫苗抗-HBs阳转率和抗体滴度的主要影响因素之一。

Observation and Follow-up of the Immunization Effect in 90 Infants Who had Vaccinated with Hepatitis B Vaccine

Objective:To study the immunization effect in infants who had vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine to provide a foundation for making prevention and control policy.Methods:Multi-stage random sampling method was used and 90 infants aged<1-year received 10pg hepatitis B vaccine 3 times regularly.The serum HBV markers were tested by RIA.Results:The positive rates of anti-HBs and HBsAg were 96% and 4.44% respectively in these 90 infants.And the successful rate of mother-to-infant transmission interruption was 90%.Both the anti-HBs positive rate and the geometric mean titer of the infant whose mother’s HBsAg was negative were lower than those of the infant whose mother’s HBsAg were positive.Conclusion:High sero-transition rate in infants who have been injected three times with 5μg hepatitis B vaccine in time are observed in Dongwan.And mother with positive HBsAg is the one of the most important factors to affect the positive rate and the level of infant’s anti-HBs.
