含巯基氨基酸促血管内皮细胞氧化的对照研究

摘    要:目的:探讨不同含巯基氨基酸对人血管内皮细胞的氧化作用。方法:用含有1 000μmol/L的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、半胱氨酸(Cys)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)培养液培养细胞24h后,以分光光度比色法分别测定细胞内丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物酶(SOD)活力的改变。结果:Hcy可促使细胞内MDA含量的增加和SOD活力的下降。Cys和GSH对细胞内MDA的含量无影响。Cys可促进细胞内SOD活力的升高。结论:Hcy通过氧化应激促进血管内皮细胞的损伤。

A Comparative Study of the Oxidative Injury of Endothelial Cells by Thiol Amino Acids

Abstract:Objective:This study was intended to detail the effects of three thiol amino acids(Hcy,Cys and GSH) on the oxidation of endothelial cells.Methods:Endothelial cells were incubated with Hcy,Cys and GSH(1 000μmol/L)for 24 hours.The contents of MDA and the activities of SOD were measured by chromatometry.Results:Hcy significantly increased the level of MDA and decreased the activities of SOD.Cys increased the activities of SOD.Conclusion:Hcy injuried the endothelial cells through oxidative stress.
