乳酸加替沙星治疗急性细菌性呼吸道和泌尿道感染的有效性与安全性评价

目的:评价乳酸加替沙星治疗急性细菌性呼吸道和泌尿道感染的有效性与安全性。方法:实际入组病例240例,治疗组120例,对照组120例。采用随机、双盲、平行对照研究,用乳酸加替沙星(治疗组)与加替沙星(对照组)静脉滴注均为400mg/次,每日1次,疗程7~14 d,治疗急性细菌性呼吸道和泌尿道感染。结果:乳酸加替沙星和加替沙星治疗急性细菌性呼吸道和泌尿道感染临床有效率分别为93.2%(109/117)和92.9%(105/113),2组细菌清除率分别为95.8%和93.3%,不良反应发生率分别为10.0%与7.6%。上述结果经2组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:乳酸加替沙星对临床常见的敏感细菌引起的呼吸道、泌尿道感染是安全、有效的抗菌药物。

The Efficacy and Safety of Gatifloxacin Lactate in Treating Acute Bacterial Respiratory and Urinary Tract Infection

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the gatifloxacin lactate in the treatment of acute bacterial respiratory and urinary tract infections.Methods: 240 patients were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the gatifloxacin lactate group(n=120) and the gatifloxacin group(n=120).A randomized and controlled clinical trial was conducted to compare the efficacies of two agents for the treatment of acute bacterial respiratory and urinary tract infections.The doses of both agents were 400 mg once daily by iv.The duration of the therapy was 7 to 14 days in both groups.Results: The overall effective rates and bacterial clearance rates were 93.2% and 92.9% in gatifloxacin group,95.8% and 93.35% in gatifloxacin lactate group,respectively.Whereas the adverse drug reaction rates were 7.3% and 10.0%,respectively.No statistical significances were found in above data.Conclusion: The gatifloxacin lactate is effective and safe for the treatment of acute bacterial respiratory and urinary tract infections.
